Thanks. There is an update coming. For the most part stuff is holding together. I will buy some Ortlieb panniers if I do another extended tour. The Deuter ones are splitting at the seams. A little bit of gaff tape to ensure waterproofedness. Oh, and the laptop is dying, so I’m heading towards Montpellier to have it looked at.
